Returns & Exchanges

At Party Britain, we want you to be thrilled with your festive fashion, but if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
