How long does shipping take within the UK?

We offer Standard Delivery which typically takes 3-5 working days, and Express Next-Day Delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

What is your return policy for costumes and accessories?

You can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, wigs, hosiery, and makeup cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since costume sizing can vary between brands, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our specific size charts for the best fit.
